Shipping & handling

RaceDiscs offer very affordable national and International postage to most countries (a list of which can be found at the basket). For postage within the United Kingdom our rates are as follows:

Where 'free' postage is not specifically stated our standard rate is £5.95 for all orders up to £100. For orders totalling £100 or more postage is free.

International postage is calculated by total weight of products in an order and is automatically calculated at the checkout stage before a payment is taken.

Delivery policy

RaceDiscs uses Royal Mail postal services; all orders will be sent either by Royal Mail first class recorded, Parcel Force or Royal Mail Airmail services.

For standard stock products we aim to get your order item/s to you within 2-5 business days. For special orders or personalised products there may be a delivery schedule of up to two weeks; in this case it will be clearly stated within the product description. For international orders please allow up to 7 working days. Please feel free to contact us at any stage to check the progress of your order.

RaceDiscs do not store customers' credit/debit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

A cookie is used for a number of necessary purposes including tracking your shopping basket contents and storing your details securely (if this option is selected).

All online payments are processed through PayPal Pro Merchant services in conjunction with RomanCart through which all payments are encrypted and secured by VeriSign EV SGC SSL certificates.

Returns policy

In the unlikely event that you should receive an item that proves to be unsuitable; it may be returned to RaceDiscs for a full refund or exchange within 10 days of receipt of item in accordance with the following conditions of return:

Item/s are received in an undamaged and resaleable condition.
Items are returned postage paid.
A return postage refund may be made if an incorrect item is dispatched.
Personalised items (eg Bespoke Discs) are non-refundable.
Returns must be accompanied with the receipt of purchase and the sender's full name and address.
Please retain proof of posting in case of an undelivered item; for which we cannot accept responsibility.
